Earlier in his U.S. career he served as CEO of ALTA Developers. Notable projects include Edgewood Oaks in Fort Lauderdale, Multifamily SoDo in Downtown Orlando, AMBAR Residences in Kissimmee, Le Parc at Brickell, Neovita at Doral, 2701 Ponce in Coral Gables and Sunset Residences in Coral Gables. His expertise spans acquisition, zoning, financing, design, construction and stakeholder management — from concept to completion.
